We offer store credit ONLY for returns. We do not offer refunds back to the original method of payment. Customers have 7 days from the day they receive their order to return for store credit. Once your return has been received and approved, the store credit will be sent to the email address on file in the form of an online gift card. Store credits do not expire.

- All items must be returned in its original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Unworn shoes must be in the original undamaged box and shipped back inside a protective box.
- Sale Items, Accessories, and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE Items and cannot be returned.

Customers may ship back items using any shipping carrier of their choice, however we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend shipping returns back with tracking numbers and insurance. Returns need to be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
Any returns that do not meet the above criteria will be refused.
If you would like to return an item in-store, returns can be brought to our Harrison Avenue location but our online return policy will still apply.
