If you are local to the New Orleans area, you may select “in-store pickup” at checkout. Please have your order number and a photo ID available when picking up your order.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Please make sure all billing information is entered correctly. In order to protect our customers and prevent credit card fraud, any orders placed with inaccurate or incomplete payment information will not be shipped until further verification is obtained.
Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. General shipping time for Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. Please note that the postal service does estimate delivery but there is no guaranteed delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive all tracking information via email. You can check the status anytime at www.usps.com/tracking
Please double check that your shipping address is correct and that your order is being shipped to a secure address. Gia’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your local post office will need to be contacted once an order has been marked as delivered.
