Return Policy

THANK YOU for shopping with Gia’s Boutique. We appreciate your business! We hope you absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with any items purchased, please refer to our return policy below to make sure your item meets all criteria. For In-Store Purchases:

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item for merchandise exchange or for store credit.
  • Store credits do not expire.
  • Any item being exchanged or returned must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Any item returned with product stains such as makeup, perfume or deodorant will not be accepted.
  • Shoes must be unworn with no damage to the original box.
  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
  • Items not eligible for returns include: Purses, Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Hair Accessories and Gift Certificates.
  • By purchasing from Gia’s Boutique, you accept these terms and conditions.

For Purchases made through Instagram, Facebook, PayPal or Over the Phone:

  • Customers have 7 days from the day they receive their order to return an item for merchandise exchange or for store credit.
  • Store credits do not expire.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the day your order was received.
  • Any item received after 7 days will not be accepted and shipped back to you.
  • Any item being exchanged or returned must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
  • Any item returned with product stains such as makeup, perfume or deodorant will not be accepted and shipped back to you.
  • Shoes must be unworn with no damage to the original box.
  • Returns & exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt.
  • When returning an item, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. You may return your item using any shipping carrier you prefer, but the use of a tracking number is recommended. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit back to us.
  • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable, and they will not be included in the store credit amount.
  • Gia’s Boutique reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet the criteria of our Return Policy. If your return is refused, you will be notified, and the item will be shipped back to you.
  • All Sale, Clearance and Flash Sale items are FINAL SALE.
